Timo is former Managing Director of Profec Technologies Oy, as well as Investment Manager at Helmet Capital and Karem Oy.

Timo specializes in private equity, business management planning and implementation, as well as acquisition strategies.

Ilkka Starck joined Helmet Capital’s team in June 2023 as a partner and board member. He transitioned to Helmet Capital from his role as CEO of an international software company (formerly Profit Software, currently Evitec). Ilkka had a total of 13 years of experience at Evitec and he continues to serve on its board. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering degree.

Ilkka possesses diverse expertise and experience, particularly in software industry products and services, as well as leadership positions in multiple companies in Finland, Sweden, the United States, and Germany. Throughout his career, he has been involved in various mergers and acquisitions.

Ville works as Managing Director of Citywork Group, a human resource management company that employs over 2,000 people. Before Citywork, Ville worked as a sales manager at Lassila & Tikanoja Oyj both in Finland and abroad.

Ville is specialized in management and sales strategies, acquisitions, strategic planning and operational management.

Mats joined Helmet’s team in late 2016. Previously, he worked as a lawyer and product director for Elite Rahastohallinto Oy and as a corporate finance analyst for Mangold Fondkommission AB in Stockholm.

Mats specializes in domestic and international acquisitions, financial modeling as well as contractual and corporate legislation.
