Sampo has worked over 20 years in the international technology sector, including being former Managing Director of nanotechnology company Beneq Oy. Sampo has also held various management positions at Nextrom Group (former Nokia-Maillefer) in Finland and the US.

Sampo’s core specializations are in the internationalization of new technologies, strategic planning and operational management.

Before joining Helmet, Robin worked as a Sales Director at Ålandsbanken and as a Strategy Consultant at Deloitte.

Robin’s areas of expertise are in sales, strategic planning, financial and corporate arrangements as well as operational management.

Timo is former Managing Director of Profec Technologies Oy, as well as Investment Manager at Helmet Capital and Karem Oy.

Timo specializes in private equity, business management planning and implementation, as well as acquisition strategies.

Ilkka Starck joined Helmet Capital’s team in June 2023 as a partner and board member. He transitioned to Helmet Capital from his role as CEO of an international software company (formerly Profit Software, currently Evitec). Ilkka had a total of 13 years of experience at Evitec and he continues to serve on its board. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering degree.

Ilkka possesses diverse expertise and experience, particularly in software industry products and services, as well as leadership positions in multiple companies in Finland, Sweden, the United States, and Germany. Throughout his career, he has been involved in various mergers and acquisitions.

Pasi has worked for over 25 years as a Business Development, Growth Manager and Change Leader for retail and healthcare companies. The most significant challenges in recent years have been the CEO of Indoor Group Oy and Silmäasema Oyj, as well as previous long experience in various management and supervisory positions in the S Group.

Special areas of expertise include general management of business in developing companies, growth and transformation phase, acquisitions, business- and strategy planning and implementation.

Ville works as Managing Director of Citywork Group, a human resource management company that employs over 2,000 people. Before Citywork, Ville worked as a sales manager at Lassila & Tikanoja Oyj both in Finland and abroad.

Ville is specialized in management and sales strategies, acquisitions, strategic planning and operational management.

Samppa is the CEO of Fifax Ab. Before that Samppa worked as a CEO at IKI-Kiuas, Vizibler Oy and J K Roster and held various management positions at Nokia in Finland, France and China.

Samppa’s areas of expertise are strategy and business development, product and technology marketing and key account management.

Mats joined Helmet’s team in late 2016. Previously, he worked as a lawyer and product director for Elite Rahastohallinto Oy and as a corporate finance analyst for Mangold Fondkommission AB in Stockholm.

Mats specializes in domestic and international acquisitions, financial modeling as well as contractual and corporate legislation.

Christian joined Helmet Capital in early 2019. Previously, he has worked in various business development -related roles at Elisa Oyj and Nordea Markets. Christian has for instance been part of Elisa IT unit’s management team, with responsibility for operational development.

Specialized in domestic and international acquisitions, industry consolidations, operational development and post-acquisition integration process.

Simo joined Helmet’s team in early 2021. Previously, he worked as a Senior Analyst at Ernst & Young’s transaction advisory team and as a Finance Specialist at Mehiläinen Oy.

Expertise in acquisitions, market and business analysis and financial due diligence.

Sanna joined Helmet’s team in 2017. She has over 10 years experience of different positions within SEB Wealth Management, most recently in the role of Manager Research Analyst.

Sanna concentrates on investor reporting and risk control.

Emmi has been active in administrative assignments at Helmet since 2005.

Specialized in cash flow management, investor communication, event arrangements and authority connections.
