TSR-ELSITE GROUP Oy becomes majority owner of Arctic Warm Oy

TSR-ELSITE GROUP Oy has acquired a majority stake in Arctic Warm, bringing together Arctic Warm’s modular heating and cooling technology with TSR-ELSITE’s construction site expertise, international network and SPINE technology. Arctic Warm’s founders will remain shareholders and continue to play an active role in the company, with an increased focus on product development and sales.

Arctic Warm specializes in modular heating and cooling solutions for construction sites, events and temporary facilities. Its existing owners remain shareholders and continue to be actively involved in the company.
As part of the new ownership structure, Toni Raivo will become CEO of Arctic Warm. This allows the Arctic Warm founders to focus more of their time and expertise on what is central to the company’s future growth: further developing the solution and expanding sales.

TSR-ELSITE GROUP Oy also owns TSR-ELSITE Oy in Finland and TSR-ELSITE AB in Sweden. The transaction brings Arctic Warm into a group with established expertise in temporary electrification, lighting, heating, drying and intelligent energy management, as well as an existing sales and customer network in Finland and Sweden.
The acquisition is a logical continuation of an existing partnership. TSR-ELSITE and Arctic Warm have already worked together in Sweden, and the Arctic Warm solution was introduced to the Swedish market at Nordbygg in Stockholm in spring 2026.

One scalable system for heating and cooling
Arctic Warm’s modular system allows different heating technologies to be combined according to the needs and conditions of each project.
Air-to-water heat pumps and geothermal heat pumps can provide efficient heating and cooling, while oil-fired heaters can be integrated as backup capacity, for example during power outages, extreme conditions or when additional heating capacity is required.
The modular concept makes the solution particularly suitable for environments where heating and cooling requirements change over time or where permanent infrastructure is not available.
In addition to construction sites, potential applications include events and temporary facilities, such as temporary halls and buildings, emergency accommodation and other situations requiring rapidly deployable heating or cooling capacity. The system can be scaled and adapted as requirements change.

Intelligent monitoring and control through SPINE
Combined with SPINE, the Arctic Warm solution goes further than heating and cooling alone.
The Arctic Warm system can be monitored and controlled directly through SPINE. Heating, cooling, temperatures, humidity and energy consumption can be monitored in real time, while control and automation allow the system to respond to actual conditions.
Instead of operating separate systems independently, users gain a clear view of conditions and energy use and can manage the connected systems remotely.
The objective is simple: the right amount of heating or cooling, in the right place, at the right time – with less wasted energy and full visibility into what is happening.

Building the next generation together
For TSR-ELSITE Group, Arctic Warm significantly strengthens the heating and cooling side of its offering and opens new opportunities beyond traditional construction site applications.
TSR-ELSITE already provides solutions for temporary power distribution, lighting, heating, drying and water management. SPINE adds the digital layer, enabling real-time monitoring, alerts, reporting, automation and control of connected systems.
With Arctic Warm, efficient and scalable heating and cooling become an even stronger part of this ecosystem.
At the same time, the new structure gives the Arctic Warm founders more opportunity to concentrate on the areas where their expertise creates the greatest value: product development, customer solutions and sales. With Toni Raivo taking responsibility as CEO, the company gains additional resources for management and international expansion while retaining the knowledge and entrepreneurial drive behind the original Arctic Warm concept.

See the solution at FinnBuild 2026
The next chapter of the cooperation will be presented at FinnBuild 2026 in Helsinki.
Visitors will be able to see the Arctic Warm system and learn how its integration with SPINE brings scalable heating and cooling together with real-time monitoring and intelligent control.
Welcome to FinnBuild 2026 to meet the teams behind Arctic Warm and TSR-ELSITE – and see the solution in action.
