Sampo has worked over 20 years in the international technology sector, including being former Managing Director of nanotechnology company Beneq Oy. Sampo has also held various management positions at Nextrom Group (former Nokia-Maillefer) in Finland and the US.

Sampo’s core specializations are in the internationalization of new technologies, strategic planning and operational management.

Mats joined Helmet’s team in late 2016. Previously, he worked as a lawyer and product director for Elite Rahastohallinto Oy and as a corporate finance analyst for Mangold Fondkommission AB in Stockholm.

Mats specializes in domestic and international acquisitions, financial modeling as well as contractual and corporate legislation.
