Majava receives additional resources for growth and internalization


The entire share capital of Majavatuote Oy has been transferred to Majava Group Oy, the majority of which is owned by an investor group gathered by Helmet Business Mentors Oy. The key people, Petri Holappa and Mikko Rajala, will be notable minority stockholders in the parent company.

Majava Group Oy Board of Directors will consist of Helmet’s partners Pentti Kulmala and Timo Hyvönen as well as Majava’s key people Petri Holappa and Mikko Rajala. Petri Holappa has been nominated as the Managing Director of Majava Group Oy and he will also continue as the Managing Director of Majavatuote Oy.

Majavatuote Oy is currently the leading producer of boat trailers and trailers for passenger cars in Finland. The company has also initiated export to Sweden and Russia and growth outlook is very promising.
